Using Paste Special – Text Only

  1. Select the text that you wish to copy
  2. Copy the Text (use the short-cut key Control + C or right click and choose copy)
  3. Place your cursor at the insertion point where you wish to insert the text
  4. Select the Home Tab
  5. Select the Clipboard Group
  6. Click the down arrow on the Paste Button


  7. Click the Paste Special option
  8. The Paste Special dialog box will launch


  9. Select the Unformatted Text option
  10. Click the OK button when done.
